What subscription is best for my dogs' needs?
- Puppies: 3 or 4 weekly
- More than one dog: 2 or 3 weekly
- Frequent urinator: consider replacing a week earlier
- One dog who mainly toilets on walks: 3 or 4 weekly
- Winter/Cooler Months: 3 or 4 weekly
- Summer: consider replacing a week earlier
- Toilet indoors: weekly or fortnightly for freshness
Delivery
Fresh Grass Delivered Fast!
Our grass is freshly harvested each week and delivered within 24 hours. Orders placed by midnight Sunday will arrive the following Tuesday or Wednesday. Please note, public holidays may cause delays.
As our grass is perishable, we use ‘Authority To Leave’ for delivery. Make sure to add any special instructions when ordering. We’ll leave it in the safest spot if you’re not home, but we’re not responsible for missing or stolen items and redelivery is not available. You’ll get an email notification once it’s delivered—check your junk folder just in case!
Free delivery within select WA suburbs. Some other areas may have a delivery fee. Set your postcode to see if we can reach you. Sorry, we don’t ship interstate or internationally!
How do I dispose of my old patch of grass?
Each used grass patch can be composted or disposed of in green bins, reducing its environmental impact—a priority for us. If you live in an apartment and don’t have a green bin, contact your local council to request one, as most areas now offer this service (and it’s typically included in your rates).
If green bin or composting options aren’t available, you can place the old patch in the compostable bag it came in and dispose of it in a regular bin. This will still allow it to decompose in the landfill.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before Sunday midnight are delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday. If spare stock is available, orders placed after Sunday may still be fulfilled that week.
